Namclear donates N$ 112 000 worth of school uniforms

Windhoek- On 07 January 2025, Namclear donated school uniforms valued at One Hundred and Twelve Thousand Namibian Dollars (N$ 112 000.00) to the Rob Foundation, Zambezi Girl Foundation and the 4×4 Initiative. The uniforms will be distributed to learners in Windhoek and Zambezi Region.


The donation forms part of Namclear’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative focused on education and livelihood; which aims to help learners from disadvantaged backgrounds acquire school uniforms thereby enabling them to focus on their education without the burden of financial hardship.


Speaking at the handover, the Managing Director of Namclear, Mr. Fabian Tait highlighted the responsibility of corporate entities towards the communities in which they operate and the importance of creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for learners. “The school uniforms are not just clothes, but an encouragement for the learners as they start their new school year”, he said


“We are very grateful for the generous support of Namclear which is making a real difference in the lives of our learners,” said Robert Maseka of Rob Foundation. “This donation is not only about providing uniforms but also demonstrates Namclear’s commitment to the education and future success of our children.”
